This guided walk leads you through 90 Victorian Steps into our enchanting Victorian Fern Garden, onward to Lady Exmouth Waterfalls—a 19th-century man-made wonder. At the summit, a breathtaking Devonshire countryside panorama awaits.
Our experienced tour guide describes this historical tapestry throughout the 1.5-hour journey. Plus, your ticket grants full-day access to the Estate’s 90 acres, inviting you to explore at your leisure.

The tour starts at 10:00 am and finishes around 11:30 am. Please bear in mind the walk includes ascending 90 Victorian steps, navigating steep and uneven terrain, requiring a moderate level of fitness.
