Canonteign Falls is a stunning natural attraction in the heart of Devon and we love dogs! Visit for peaceful walks among the waterfalls, lakes, meadows and woodlands. Escape the crowds and experience the highest waterfall in Dartmoor National Park. We welcome your four-legged friends inside and out and with 90 acres to explore there is plenty to discover!
After your walk refuel in our dog-friendly cafe filled with locally sourced snacks, light meals, cream teas and treats for you but also your furry friend. We have doggy treats and even ice cream! We have plenty of doggy water bowls on hand.

Dartmoor Railway: Certain sections of the railway are dog-friendly, allowing you to enjoy a scenic train journey with your furry friend.
Dogs are welcome on leads in the gardens and estate. It’s a beautiful place for a walk and to explore the castle.
