• Home Farm Shop.

The Gift Shop at Canonteign is situated in the original farm buildings of Canonteign Estate in what was most likely to have been the milking parlour! It is open to non visitors and is filled with beautiful gift ideas.

We still have our favourites like Becky Bettesworth prints and award-winning local jams and preserves.

We have a wonderful doggy corner with some great home made doggy treats and the fabulous Dartmoor Soap Doggy Bar, a lot easier to carry around on holiday than a regular dog shampoo!

We supply a range of unusual and imaginative gifts, many of which are made locally and include pottery, jewellery, pretty scarves, colourful bags, ornaments, and toys for children and gorgeous scented soaps handmade on Dartmoor are but a few of the items that we have on sale.

Our cooks corner sells Canonteign Falls personalised tea towels, a great range of quirky cookery-based gifts including vitage tin signs, lovely stacking tins, flour shakers and baking utensils. Plus, jams and chutneys, cookies, a selection of fudges from all over the westcountry and not forgetting our own label kernow chocolate. Delicious!

Our shop is fully licensed. We sell our own branded Canonteign Ales and local ciders which you can buy individually or gift packed.

Browse at your leisure and even collect a certificate of proof of your climb to the top of Englands highest waterfall (No photographic proof necessary!)

We are proud to source many of the ingredients used in our kitchen from producers working within just a few miles of the falls. Devon cheeses and hams, locally-made soft drinks, beers and ciders and homemade soups and cakes are just a small sample of the refreshments on offer. Our position within the Dartmoor National Park gives us suberb access to an abundance of the highest quality vegetables and salads, meats, artisan breads and cheeses and we are proud to produce great, tasty food from breakfast until tea time. After an energetic day exploring the grouds and falls, we welcome visitors to our pretty, sun-soaked courtyard and terrace and would encourage everyone to take a well-earned break for a cup of tea or ice cream while enjoying the views.
