A photographer's dream at Canonteign Falls...

Lady Exmouth Falls and Clampitt Falls provide wonderful opportunities to capture fast flowing water. Streams tumbling over rocks feed tranquil pools, a haven for insect life, particularly dragonflies.

Our seven interconnecting lakes are home to a variety of wildfowl and very soon you will see two pairs of black swans gliding around the Lily Lake. Deer can be seen grazing our fields and buzzards glide on the thermals overhead.

Devon Wildlife Trust quoted Canonteign as one of their favourite sites for wildlife in Devon!
