We will be offering our visitors the opportunity to listen to our bee keeper, Tim Hall, give talks and guided walks through the bee garden every Wednesday at 2pm lasting for approximately one hour. Tim will give a fascinating overview of the life cycle of the bees, importance of bees for pollinating the food we eat, the type of habitat and plants that they need to collect pollen and nectar. His talks will start in the barn before strolling over to the Canonteign Bee Garden. All ages are welcome so please come and learn more about these important creatures. One day Introduction to Natural Bee Keeping Courses will be taking place in May and June 2013.
